RETURN & REFUND POLICY

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Please check the item Return & Refund policy below the item before placing an order. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer. To return or exchange a product please email us the order number with product codes to info@amrutamjewelry.com within 24hrs of receiving the product and we will help you with the process. Alternatively you can call us on +91- 9871024847 on Monday to Friday between 10am-6:00pm and Saturday between 1pm to 6pm. Your purchase should be sent back to us within 10 days of receiving your order. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.. For details on which items qualify for a refund, please read our Refund Policy below.

REFUNDS

All successfully returned items will get a refund within 30 working days from the receipt of product in our warehouse.If you have any queries, or wish to discuss the returns procedure in further detail, please do not hesitate to contact us on the details below: Customer Care on +91- 9871024847 between 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday and 1PM to 6PM on Saturdays. RETURNS POLICY

Please read the return policy for each product on the product detail page for return policy for that product offered by the designer. If the product is eligible for return, as per the return policy of the designer, you need to intimate us within 24hrs of receiving the product via email info@amrutamjewelry.com or call us at +91-9871024847 with all the details of the order. Any intimations later than 24hrs will not be accepted. Customer is advised to check the ordered products and quantity in the invoice prior to accepting the package from the logistics/courier. In case of a discrepancy we request you to leave a remark with the logistics/courier company and notify us on info@amrutamjewelry.com with the discrepancy details within 24 hours of accepting the package. In case of the discrepancy found correct amrutam designs will follow the policy of Repair following Replace and finally refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

DAMAGED/SOILED RETURNS

Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, storage bags, etc should be included with your return along with all invoices and paperwork. All items returned should have the order number to allow easy identification and prompt processing. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

DEFECTED/DAMAGED/WRONG PRODUCT

Before your parcel leaves our designers studio/warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our designers. In case the product is with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact/email at “info@amrutamjewelry.com” within 24 Hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain comprehensive details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you. Any intimation later than 24hrs will not be accepted. Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping address

We are unable to offer refunds if weʼve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

Disparity in Colors

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on amrutam as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.

Store Credit / Refund

We will be happy to, following a quality check, offer you a store credit, as applicable in your case. This will be processed within 7 business days after receiving of products as per amrutam - Terms & Conditions. Any refund will be made in the original method of payment – Only in case of order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation Policy

Please note prepaid orders/Made to order/custom orders can only cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order via email at info@amrutamjewelry.com. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained. As part of usual business practice, amrutam reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the entire amount back to you, if order has not been approved / processed by amrutam.

MADE TO ORDER/CUSTOM ORDERS
